Our Mission

Begin with the end in mind—a Win/Win/Win

Many real estate investors miss the forest for the trees by focusing exclusively on their own success. But to be successful ALL PARTIES involved must have a successful experience.win win win

WE WIN by building a profitable portfolio of properties & notes.
YOU WIN by receiving a solid rate of return on your funds long-term.
TENANTS & HOMEOWNERS WIN by living in a place they can call “home.”

So why the name Stewardship?

It was not as clear back in 1989 but, even when the business consisted of one house, the hope was to build a business that was more than just about making money. The name stewardship comes from the perspective that we are all “just passing through this life.” While doing so, it is appropriate to consider ourselves not so much owners, but as managers. There is a passage in the Psalms that says, The Lord owns cattle on a thousand hills. This leaves no doubt as to who owns all the real estate under the cows feet as well! A good steward is someone who takes on the task of managing well what has been entrusted to him or her.

We do this by. . .

. . . . . . . . . . . . . . equipping our real estate investment team to
. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . wisely leverage borrow funds so we can
. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . serve people in their housing needs.

. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .This creates substantial rental cash flow
. . . . . . . . . . . . . .  and increases opportunities for our team.

Our mission
finds its vitality from our namesake of being

We want our bylines to provide our focus: Carefully Managing Entrusted Funds and Serving People in Their Housing Needs.

We understand that no goal is worth being dishonest to obtain it. Integrity is our very first priority.

We are professionals AND learners who know that being good at what we do takes a lot of ongoing training.

W-orking Together

We rely on the strength and synergy of teamwork and look to form quality partnerships especially with our private lenders.

A-bundance Mentality

Clasping hands
We don’t hoard what we know by operating with a scarcity mindset. We have no secrets

R-eal… Estate Investors

We don’t hide who we are, but arrogance and boasting do not befit a steward. Humility does.

We are systems driven. In everything we do we seek to work smart and not just hard.

In the course of our work we want to make good money. To do so we know that the second “S,” Success, comes after the first “S,” Service, and that every link in between these two words provides the critical chain of links to any real achievement we obtain in our business.

It is required of stewards that they be found trustworthy.
